Relax
Slow down, breathe, and become quiet. This practice helps to release
tension and refresh your energy. We will use a variety of yoga techniques,
including gentle asanas, yin yoga, pranayama, and yoga nidra (conscious
sleep meditation). On a physical level, we hold poses for a longer period
of time so that our muscles can fully relax and our connective tissues are
stimulated and strengthened. On a deeper level, in this stillness we can
detach from the constant stimulus of daily life and shift back into a more
relaxed and natural state of being.
Relax & Reload is suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced
yogis. It is accessible for people recovering from injuries or chronic pain.
